Biography
Eric T. Weiner is a native Kentuckian raised in the greater Louisville area. He attended the University of Louisville and The Evergreen State College for his undergraduate degree. After graduation and a stint as an investigator for a prominent Seattle law firm, Eric Enrolled in Seattle University School of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. During law school Eric worked as an APR Rule 9 Legal Intern; this involved public defense work on misdemeanor cases in addition to assisting with research and writing projects for a variety of civil claims. Eric also completed a judicial externship with the Hon. Judge Brian Tsuchida for the Western District of Washington. During his externship, Eric worked primarily on cases involving Civil Rights, Habeas Corpus, and Social Security Disability Appeals.
Upon Graduation, Eric moved back to the Louisville area to form Weiner & Weiner Attorneys with his family. Although a general practice firm, Weiner & Weiner concentrates its practice towards claims involving: Personal Injury; Workers' Compensation; Social Security Disability; Medical Malpractice; Discrimination & Retaliation; and, Trucking Accidents.
Eric lives with his wife Samantha and their two cats in the Germantown neighborhood of Louisville. He is an ardent fan of the Louisville Cardinals, enjoys researching history and genealogy, and is an avid ping pong player.
