Allison has helped me through the hardest part of my life. She has not been just an attorney but a person that cares. She always asks how the kids and I are doing. Where do I began. 1. Doesn't communicate effectively responds days or weeks later if all. 2. Prefers not to provide cellphone but emails clients and charges 30.00 per email. 3. Not on top of filing paper. 4. Is not transparent in billing clients. She basically stole 1600 dollars of my money and did ...nothing for my case. I was better off continuing my case pro se. Blamed me for mistakes in my case as oppose to "providing adequate council" Stated I hurt my own case, however instead of dropping my case, if she had reservations, she continued to bill me for service. Unbeknownst to me until I had to ask for my monthly invoice. Stated she would adjust charges since our contract makes no mention of communication charges however only made minor adjustments, and kept most of my retainer, after I fired her. And I work hard for my money. After being fired she kept my originals and I had to ask for them back. Just horrible man.
