Nicholas Karl Haynes

With a practice 100% dedicated to trial litigation, Nick Haynes provides aggressive, effective advocacy and personal attention to his clients’ goals and needs. His practice includes:

Nick comes to to Isaacs & Isaacs, PSC after almost a decade as a partner with the defense firm Gazak Brown, PSC (previously Darby Gazak, PSC). Nick handled complex litigation matters in state and federal court, with a focus in medical negligence. Nick’s years of defending physicians, hospitals, and nursing homes provides invaluable experience and insight into handling complicated cases and dealing with insurance companies.

Admitted to practice in all Kentucky and Ohio state courts, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, Nick continually builds upon his knowledge through attendance at conferences, seminars, and presentations relating to personal injury law updates and trial skills.

Nick holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Butler University.
