Brian Kevin Darling

I hired Brian as an attorney with complete faith in him as I knew him personally, or so I thought. I had a case that has turned my life upside down and horribly affected my entire family, and he initially took the case and met with me to get all the facts. and THAT WAS IT! Never saw him again. Cal...led him 5 different times pleading for him to let me know what the status was, along with calling his "helper" in my case - he NEVER returned a phone call. The worst part he was mailed an agreement from the defendent and never bothered to respond nor call me to guide me. I WAS THREATENED I WOULD BE ARRESTED IF I DID NOT SIGN IT!!!!! So I called him 5 times that day as they demanded to receive it within 5 days (or close to that) and he still never called. I tried emailing but no response. I then called his helper on my case.... NO ANSWER. The defendent then sent a letter asking "Are you still representing _______ because you have not returned any calls, but you clearly sent me an email saying you represent her so I need you to call me back." They NEVER called that attorney either and due to not wanting to be arrested and not knowing if that was even true, I signed a document that I have NO idea if it was correct. This is the worst experience I have ever have and now because of his unprofessional and horrible ethics, my family is about to be evicted and now in $7,000 in debt. I would never refer him.
