I help clients resolve problems and disputes as efficiently as possible so that they may move on and focus on their professional and personal goals. Sometimes that can be done through negotiations, mediation, arbitration or litigation. I understand the need to avoid problems if at all possible and to resolve them quickly and efficiently when they arise. I am also a small business owner in the form of a cattle and vegetable farm. When I am out of the office, I am almost always working on the farm or training for my next road race.
