Biography
I am Hishem Alsalman, an immigration lawyer based in Louisville, Kentucky, and the founder of Alsalman Law Office. As the son of Iraqi refugees, I know firsthand the struggles immigrants face when building a new life in the United States. That experience inspires me to fight for families, individuals, and businesses navigating our complex immigration system.
My practice covers family-based immigration, marriage and fiancé visas, green cards, citizenship and naturalization, asylum, deportation defense, waivers, TPS, U visas, and employment-based immigration. I represent clients before USCIS, the immigration courts (EOIR), the Board of Immigration Appeals, and in federal court when needed.
