20 years ago I hired an attorney to handle an expungement. He told me that since the case was old and had no case number that there was no way to have the charge expunged. I hired Mr. Jennings this year and he was able to have the charge expunged within two months. I highly recommend Mr. Jennings!

Highly recommend Greg. He represented me during a difficult time. He's professional and ethical.
"I endorse this lawyer. I worked with Greg in the Kentucky agency that regulates banking and securities. He came over to our agency from the Insurance Department. His undergraduate degree in accounting was a real asset for him, and us. While an accounting degree was not a prerequisite for the position, it is extremely helpful in that finance is so crucial to so many issues that arise in the banking area and in the securities area. I found Greg to be very knowledgeable about administrative law matters, especially due process concerns and procedures. In addition, having clerked for an appellate judge at one time, Greg has a good knowledge of appellate practice and what the appellate judges tend to focus upon. Finally, Greg brought with him a good knowledge and understanding of litigation practice and strategy from his time spent with the Jefferson County Commonwealth’s Attorney as a prosecutor. In short, he is a well rounded, experienced, attorney."
