I'm sorry you feel that way, however I don't believe you ever formally engaged (i.e. engagement letter) with our law firm, nor did we formally commit to any delivery of legal services. As aforementioned, we never executed an engagement letter, therefore there were no services provided. You were informed that we could not take on the representation.
