Anthony George Raluy

Tony’s practice focuses on Commercial Litigation and Business Law. His diverse practice includes complex litigation and class action experience, substantial appellate practice, commercial real estate, bankruptcy, workouts and reorganizations, banking and business organizations as well as contested probate practice. He represents a wide variety of businesses from transportation and logistics companies, to manufacturers, banks, agricultural lenders, farmers, real estate management firms and drug companies.

For his banking clients, Tony handles all aspects of the lending relationship including loan documentation, leasing, complex workouts and restructures of commercial or agricultural loans and foreclosures. He is experienced in all aspects of bankruptcy, and has represented both debtors and creditors in complex bankruptcy matters. He has significant expertise in Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 7 liquidation, as well as individual Chapter 13 reorganizations.

When not at the office, Tony likes to spend time with his wife and their three kids. He can be found tormenting his kids in the gym or on the field as he coaches their basketball and baseball teams. Tony is still waiting for his UC Irvine Anteaters to win a National Championship in men’s basketball.
