Joseph Scott Wantland

Mr. Scott Wantland is very responsive and knowledgeable. He assisted me in the finalization of two estates. I do not live in the state and she helped to reduce the amount of time I would have to travel down to handle the legalities. He is efficient and assisted me in knowing what needed to be done.... I would have been lost at what I legally had to do to close these.

Recommended as family court case attorney. One would expect a highly paid attorney to be courteous and respectful; not the case. Scott often belittles issues a client deems important. Scott has shown little to no concern for a customer's case. Scott refuses to return phone calls, emails or set up app...ointments. If you want to spend a ton of money on an attorney who could care less about your case, hire Wantland Law. All around poor customer service and waste of time.

What can I say about Scott Wantland? I went to Scott in April of this year seeking financel relief. I had put off filing for bankruptcy way longer than I should have because I felt like a failure and to be honest a low life because I couldn't pay my bills. Scott made me feel much better about my dec...ision to file and was very up front and honest with me about my options. Before I contacted Scott I had tried on my own to get my home mortgage modified for a lower payment without success. Out of desparation I turned to the internet for help and hired a out of state law firm that supposedly specialized in modification BIG MISTAKE! They have not helped me at all and claim that my filing bankruptcy has caused my modification to be put on hold. Even tough Scott had no part of this he has helped me all the way through this whole mess I got myself into. I email him at least once a week about something and he always responds right away. Scott has went above and beyond what I hired him to do and has just been awesome even though I made a huge stupid mistake. Never hire outside your own state. I would recomend Scott Wantland to anyone his dad Joe handled my divorce and did a great job! I'm so very Happy with Wantland Law
