Unlike traditional law firms focusing only on asset protection, our unique elder-centered focus provides families a holistic solution for a loved one’s care.  We utilize a unique approach known as Life Care Planning.  Attorney Emily Monarch and experienced Elder Care Coordinator Vanessa Pierani work hand-in-hand with our clients to identify present and future care needs.  We then locate appropriate high quality care, and develop a plan to pay for that care with public and private resources.  We combine the care plan with traditional legal services such as estate planning and asset preservation.
