OUTCOME: We won at the circuit court level on a motion to dismiss, which was affirmed by the Illinois Appellate Court.

Successfully defended the City of Kewanee, Illinois, against a challenge related to a zoning amendment. The notice by the City to the property owner was deemed sufficient.
