Tim and Pat successfully asserted a claim of apparent agency to hold Yellow Cab responsible for the actions of a driver who caused a wreck that left a passenger seriously injured and brain damaged. The result was a $26 million verdict. The trial also was a special opportunity for Tim to try another case with his mentor and friend, Bob Clifford. In the two years since its inception, TKK has obtained more than $50 million in verdicts and settlements on behalf of its clients.
