While researching attorneys I came across publicly available information at raised serious concerns for me based on what I found I ultimately decided not to move forward with this lawyer I recommend that anyone considering legal representation do their own research as well. On April 20th 2014 he was ...arrested for reckless driving failure to give right away for an emergency vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol drugs and etc.

Cole created business contracts for me. They were complex. He was thorough, reviewed every part with me, let me revise them (many times), and thought of things to include that I never thought of. His fees to be reasonable and fair, especially for the quality of work. He was upfront about the pricing ...and sent a statement every month that showed what my retainer went to.

BEWARE!! I hired Cole for Legal Services. For over two years and more than $22,000.00. The file demonstrates that I was billed for many hours of Attorney time for work that was never been performed and for work that was not authorized by me. The court was satisfied 3 different times for over a year t...o answer to discovery requests. The court finds that I failed to answer to discovery. Cole failed which I payed him to do. I wasn't aware until I was court ordered. Cole becoming aggressive and hostile, calling me names and using otherwise abusive language at me. I told Cole from the beginning that I wanted to be notified of every court date. I see why Cole did not inform me of all the court dates.On which Motion to Compel and a Motion to deem Requests for Admission admitted would be heard. Deemed admitted because Cole didn't do what I payed him for. I just recently learned that Cole also took steps to undermine my position in the Civil Litigation that were not authorized by me. Cole filed an AOC280 requesting that the Civil Litigation be submitted to the court for final decision ( the Notice of Submission). I did not authorize this filing and was not informed of the same. Cole has damaged my case. I had to seek a new Attorney. I have filed a lawsuit for my damages against Cole. 1. Legal Negligence, 2. Breach Of CONTRACT. 3. BREACH OF FIDUCIARY DUTY. 4. FRAUD. I asked Cole draft me a simple one-page Last Will & Testament. I provided him with my directives and requirements for this document. Cole did not follow my directives with the regard to the preparation. He was pressuring me to sign and have it notarized.He was demanding me to do what he says. When I refused, in response, Cole became angry, threaten me that he would tell the court that I used him for a tool of fraud and I have been tricking him. I have always have been polite and well mannered, that's me. But when he said that I used him for a tool of fraud and tricking him because I would not do what says. I did raise my voice and said that's not TRUE! I found out that he made more than one call to the Judge's chambers. I understood that I would be charged at hourly rate of $225.00 per hour. When I received the invoice, he charged me a flat rate of $1,000.00.
