Biography
Lindsy Lopez is a 2009 graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law. During law school, she served as the Senior Managing Editor of the Iowa Law Review, as well as a clerk with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota. Mrs. Lopez graduated with honors and was a recipient of the Boyd Service Award for her commitment to public service during law school.
After graduation, Mrs. Lopez joined a small law firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her focus was civil litigation, with specialization in large loss and catastrophe litigation including fires and explosions, product liability, property and casualty litigation, and complex insurance coverage disputes.
In 2013, Mrs. Lopez relocated to Kentucky, was admitted to the Kentucky bar and joined Thomas Law Offices in April of 2013 as an associate. She continues to practice civil litigation, focusing on the area of personal injury.
