Rude and expensive
Jim Theiss needs to retire. Very rude, doesn't remember what was discussed previously, and demands an outrageous retainer fee that he keeps even if he doesn't take you on as a client.

was a great attorney for me 10 years ago - but now my nephew has him - he has lost his touch. Rude and had to go through his case 2 times. charges for his memory loss.
