I moved back to Nelson County in 2011 to practice law. I am married with a young daughter at home.

 

My goal as an attorney is to ensure my clients are better off once they hire me. I will only accept a client if I feel that I can be of value. Whether that value is monetary, as in helping a client qualify for medicaid to preserve their hard earned retirement savings, or non-monetary, such as helping a client receive more visitation with their child, value is always the end goal.

Very Knowledgeable
Thomas did a great job helping us set up a living trust for my Dad. He is very knowledgeable & trustworthy, we had a lot of questions for him. My Dad felt really comfortable with Thomas as well which meant a lot to us. He never made us feel rushed to make decisions. I will definitely use him again in the future & will recommend him to others.

Thomas Hamilton - Estate Planning documents
I highly recommend Thomas Hamilton in the preparation of Estate planning documents. He was very thorough in the preparation of my will, power of attorney and health directive. I appreciate the time Mr. Hamilton took to explain the contents of each document and make sure I fully understood. I found him to be very concise and accommodating.
