Replied last March 23, 2021Ms Ashleigh Andrews, It was never my intention to be rude or hurt your feelings in any way. There was no reason to read the numerous emails and texts, because you had already informed me of what was contained therein, and I had no reason to doubt what you said. The purpose of a free initial consultation is to determine the probabilities of obtaining a favorable legal result for a potential client, and whether to retain the attorney to seek that result. I only ended the no cost visit after addressing the issues you raised, because the law simply does not support your position, nor would the law provide the result you sought. I was never retained, so you never became my client.
