I was stuck in a really unfortunate situation where I got a DUI inside of a house. Most attorneys said they could get it dropped to a public intox. charge but Jeffrey was able to speak to the cop and the prosecutor and got my case dismissed on a technicality. I literally just had to show up to court ...and he handled everything for me. He came prepared with paperwork with questions to ask and knew exactly how to tackle the situation. Would highly recommend him.

Regardless of your circumstances of what brought you to bankruptcy, you need someone who understands the rules, guidelines with a long history of successful court cases! Not all attorneys are the same; I fired two before working with Jeff. As a certified ba...nkruptcy specialist, his skill sets are outstanding. My suggestion is simply hire him, stay the course even when you have doubts because everyone does and you will be just as thankful, as I was. My case was not easy and required an expert. I never write reviews but I made an exception for an exceptional attorney!
