This case involving high earning Physician which originated in Ch.13 filed in 2012 in order to avoid judgments in companion law suits by formerly affiliated hospital. Due to Trustee opposition filed a ... fter 341, we were successful in converting case to a Ch 7, meeting means test due to high personal debt levels. However, the Dr. also had significant joint IRS debt and credit card debt (which I was able to reduce very significantly by settlements as well as surrender of an RV) which had to be dealt with in order to protect high equity horse farm owned in entireties form with spouse. Once remaining joint debt was paid, case concluded successfully.
