I hired Elise 14 months ago. During out consultation, she talked a good game. However, ever since the check cleared, it has been a fight trying to get anything accomplished. She doesn't return phone calls or emails. Her legal assistant never knows anything about the case and always an I'll relay t...he message but never a response. I have wasted $3,500 on this attorney. I've tried to schedule a meeting but there's always an excuse that she's busy. However, pretend to be a new client and they'll set you up with an appointment within that week. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.

I don't usually post negative reviews on ANYTHING, but if I can save one person the agony of dealing with this lawyer, I feel like my time will be well spent. This has to be the least responsible professional of any kind I've ever dealt with. Appointments cancelled, phone calls unanswered, emails ign...ored. RUN AWAY now and save yourself an ulcer.

I AGREE WITH THE ABOVE REVIEW. I HIRED ELISE EPPERSON DEANO ALMOST 21 MONTHS AGO! I HAVE NOT BEEN TO COURT YET TO GET MY CHILD SUPPORT REDUCED. SHE WILL PROMISE YOU THE WORLD, GRATEFULLY ACCEPT YOUR CHECK AND YOU WILL GET MINIMAL TO NO RESULTS!!! SHE DOES NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, TEXTS, ET...C. HER SECRETARY NEVER KNOWS THE ANSWER TO ANY QUESTIONS!! ON AT LEAST 3 OCCASIONS, I HAVE TAKEN OFF WORK FOR APPTS FOR SCHEDULED MEETINGS WITH HER, ONLY TO SHOW UP AND BE TOLD, SHE CAN'T SEE YOU, SHE'S BUSY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! SHE IS PATHETIC, SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT, YOU, YOUR CHILDREN, YOUR CASE OR ANYTHING ELSE, EXCEPT YOUR MONEY! BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE!!

When it comes to assisting clients through a critical time in their lives, quality with clients should be valued more than quantity of clients. If you are interested in paying $2,000.00 for an attorney to assist you in filing for divorce, have 2 years go by and still not be divorced because your atto...rney has continud the case repeatedly, failed to schedule your court date, procastinate on requesting important document, and be completely and utterly unresponsive to all your phone calls or visits then Elise Epperson Deano is the attorney for you!....although I would not recommend it because I would not wish this frustrating experience on anyone much less a single mother who is just trying to move forward in life...2 years!!!!!...
