waste of time
Wasted a lot of my money, made countless mistakes, filed the wrong paperwork which made the judge mad, tried to be friends with opposing party instead of defending me and that's just a little of what i dealt with. Do not use him.

Bad Experience
Tom is nice as a person, but I had the same experience as the previous reviewer. Lots and lots of mess ups cost me the case and my savings. When you try to talk to him about the mess ups, he doesn't take responsibility and charges you for his mistakes.

I hired and fired this attorney.
He was so expensive I thought he knew what he was doing. Not. He really put me in a hole. Got out classed by other attorney and I don't think judge liked him. Thousands of dollars later I finally fired him and started over with new attorney. New one is so much better.
