Carolyn Ann McAlister

I have practiced as a litigator in the court room for over 18 years.   I have experience in several areas of law.  I practice in the areas of Family Law (Divorce, Custody, Child Support, Guardianship, Termination of Parental Rights, and Adoption), Criminal Defense, Social Security Disability, Wills and Estates (Trusts), and Immigration Law (Asylum, Citizenship, Naturalization, DACA (Deferred Action for Children Arrivals), Deportation Defense, Family Petitions for Relatives, and U-Visas for Victims of Crime in the United States).  I practice on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi (Harrison, Hancock, and Jackson Counties) including the counties of Pearl River, Stone, and George.
