Awesome job!

"I just want to thank Madison and the 'Maggio Law staff for everything they did for my car wreck case. Madison helped make sure I received everything as quickly as possible. She kept me informed the whole time and I would recommend 'Maggio Law to anyone who has been injured!"

Client

Lawyer neglected my matter. After months of no reply, was forced to release and seek new counsel. Will take your retainer and communicate on the front end and that will be the last you hear of him. Don't be fooled by his role as a judge in hancock county, means nothing. Not available for calls, does... not respond to emails, consider your case lost. I was forced to file a complaint with the MS Bar Association.

Grandparent Visitation Case

Mr. Maggio and his team did an excellent job representing me to get grandparent visitation with my grandson. I would give him 100 Stars if I could. My family is back together again because of the hard work Mr. Maggio and Ms. Jean his paralegal provided for me even in the midst of the pandemic. If you... are experiencing Grandparent Alienation as I was, well my heart goes out to you because I know the unbearable pain it causes mentally. Grandparent Alienation is a form of abuse to the grandparent and the grandchild. Grandparent Alienation is: “Elderly abuse and child abuse.” Please contact Mr. Maggio and his team to help put an end to the suffering if you are facing Grandparent Alienation. I am so thankful for Mr. Maggio, the Chancery Court, the judge, and his team. Thanks

Client

Mr. Maggio refused to take his clients side. He was fighting for the the other party tooth and nail to get the other party everything the other party was asking for; he had no intentions on helping his client at all. Do not hire Mr. Maggio because it was a nightmare to have to disagree with your him ...who is representing you because he wanted to make sure the other party received everything that they requested. Also he does not read any paperwork before signing it so make sure you read everything before you sign because he will sign off on something about you did not agree too. If you ask him his professional opinion about the outcome he will say to you if I had a crystal ball and could tell the future then I would pick the winning lottery numbers. Once you hear that you are done and there’s no help for you to win your case. Do not pay his ridiculous retainer fee because you will not win. He does not have you in his best interest.

Mr. Maggio is the bees knees!

Mr. Maggio is...how should I put this... A TOTAL BADASS. This guy air-fist bumped me back when I met him at the courthouse [you know, social distancing], then asked if the officer was present. He wasn't. Mr. Maggio profesionally spoke with the clerk, then the judge, and got my traffic violatio...n, well, we'll call it "handled". I hope I never see him again, but should I need an attorney again in South MS, I'm calling his office. Ms. Jean in the office is awesome as well. Prompt with email response. Thanks!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
