I specialize in INJURY LAW with a niche in work injuries whether Mississippi Workers’ Compensation, LSHWCA, Jones Act, and Admiralty / General Maritime law litigation.  I have used my experience in employment law litigation (EEOC, FMLA, FLSA, Rehabilitation Act, FECA), and Social Security Disability, to assist those INJURED ON THE JOB. I do have experience with civil service litigation, insurance–bad faith litigation, Section 1983 Civil Rights litigation, premises liability, and product liability. I also have experience with False Claims Act (Qui Tam) claims and federal whistleblower-prohibited personnel practice claims. I also maintain an active mediation practice. I am admitted to all Mississippi Courts, the United States District Courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. I have been licensed to practice law before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and various other courts pro hac vice.
