Avoid dickie Smith he just takes your money and does nothing!!
Hired this guy to represent me and fight a bs charge he could have had dismissed at the grand jury hearing but instead he took my money and did nothing and hasn't returned a dime. He was drunk everytime I saw him! Should be a negative star.
