Mark W Davis

I have practiced law as an advocate for victims of wrongdoing since 1984. During my career, I have successfully handled thousands of cases for clients throughout the country. The driving force behind my success has been my commitment to my clients. I have appeared as a lecturer at numerous seminars and other events teaching other attorneys about various areas of personal injury law. My main areas of practice include defective drugs and medical devices, products liability, and personal injury litigation.

I received my undergraduate degree in science from Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. After graduation, I worked in a laboratory at a large food processing plant before returning to school, and received my law degree from the University of Mississippi in 1984. While attending law school, I was a graduate lab instructor in the Department of Chemistry at Ole Miss.

Prior to establishing our current practice, I spent four years with a large litigation law firm. I've been listed in Who’s Who in Practicing Attorneys and Outstanding Men of America. I was recognized by a national legal publication as their Litigator of the Month, and was selected as one of the top 100 trial lawyers by the American Trial Lawyers Association.

I am actively involved in many civic activities. I has served on a local school board as its President, and am also a past president of the Board of Directors of a local tennis club.
