Was arrested for domestic with ex girlfriend, a lot of things happened prior to the arrest that made the whole case a conflict of interest and wrongful arrest. Mr. Walters went to bat for me after an attorney I hired previously decided that he was not able to do the job. He fought for my rights as ...a citizen and got a full dismissal of the charges and expungement from my records. Total trust and confidence in this man.

Mr. Walter consistently forgot or ignored appts, court dates and documents. While he repeatedly said I should 'trust him' and I should "leave it (my issues) here" (pointing to his shoulders, it became clear after not hearing from him for two months, he was looking for the 'big score' in lieu of payin...g attention to my case. Rather than seeking to address my presenting issues he chose to structure the case as such, failed to fully advise me of defendants offers, and arrived unprepared for court mandated mediation (which was a direct result of his prior lack of attention to the due dates and responses needed). He was delinquent in providing me with documents per the settlement agreement which were critical to my fulfilling my responsibility as defined by the settlement agreement, and when he requested and was given a 'due date' for production of those documents, failed to meet it. This failure resulted in additional and unnecessary costs to me. He declared if he missed this self-requested deadline, he would file a complaint against himself with the Bar Association. When I was forced to repeatedly ask for the documents, he became extremely passive aggressive, so I filed a complaint with the bar.
