Consumers beware
I hired Mr. Ratliff to represent me regarding my child custody case. I paid him $5,000 upfront via cash upon his request. It took him 2 weeks to respond to me after paying him and a month before he became my attorney of record. We went to court one time before he stopped returning my calls and emails...

Took my money and ran
would not recommend Ratliff. Hired him to represent me for custody. was not very knowledgeable. Never made it to court but kept the entire fee. Did not respond nor provide me with an itemized bill. did not return calls.
