A Joke

Failed to file papers correctly. Completely lost the case cause he wouldn’t submit a answer with in the time frame allowing the other party to take advantage. Soon as we left the Court house he agreed to contact the other Attorney with a answer and failed to do so. All that was required was ...one answer but I was left high and dry then I asked how could he just do me that way, And he told me his dealings with me was over the day of Court when we walked out and I was left wondering why would he just drop me and ignore all the messages the Court and Attorney was asking. Like a simple will you pay xxx.xx amount of dollars to finish this. But after several attempts to contact me through my attorney I was left not knowing what to do cause he simply didn’t care. Now I have to hire another attorney to fix this mess up and two Attorneys reviewed the entire case and both said this was 100% his fault and couldn’t believe he done me like that. You pay for what you get. If anyone else has this same exsperience please send a complaint through BARCOMPLAINT.COM

Experience

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2006.

Suspension Partially Stayed Placed on Probation issued in CO, 2006

updated on 03/28/2017

Suspension partially stayed means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. When the attorney returns to practice he or she will be on probation, meaning the State monitors the attorney's activities for a period of time in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
