Real Estate Closing

Patrick Stubbs did an excellent job on the closing of our house. He was very professional, always on time, and gave very timely responses to any and all questions my wife and I had concerning the closing. Closing on our house couldn't have been a more enjoyable experience, and that is a direct reflection on the time and effort given by Patrick.

homeowners lawyer.

we hired Patrick Stubbs as our homeowner lawyer because we bought a house from his family & it was the best decision. i'm a first time homeowner & had no clue about how it all worked. he explained all the paperwork to me & we were finished signing within 20 minutes. i would for sure recommend him, this guy has big plans!

Finally, a lawyer who answers the phone and updates me on my case!

Mr. Stubbs represented my mobile home park. We had a lot of trouble with tenants not paying rent and then refusing to vacate. Mr. Stubbs not only got the tenants off of my mobile home park, he got me all the rent they owed me. Other lawyers quotes me thousands of dollars to help me. Mr. Stubbs was able to handle everything for less than a thousand dollars. He is young, bright, and understands the value of customer service. Not to mention affordable. He has also handled multiple real estate closings for me.

Punctual, quick to return calls and emails. Great to work with a young lawyer in a respected firm.

I have hired Mr. Stubbs for legal work on a few occasions. He executed various types of assignments including employment contracts, property closings, easements, and land purchases. Mr. Stubbs conducted himself as a professional and kept me informed with progress reports via email. Billing rates were disclosed up front and upon completion I was provided with a detailed bill of hours and where those hours were spent. I appreciated the quick response to questions and a quick return on phone calls and messages. I would highly recommend Mr. Stubbs for legal council.
