Met with her about custody modifications. Paid the $1600 retainer plus $100 more for miscellaneous fees. She never served the other party with the documents. I requested a refund, and she stated on several occasions that the check was in the mail. It is 2 and a half months later and I still don’t hav...e my $1700 back.

Rebecca Taft Wright requested a $1500 fee to write an custodial agreement and serve that agreement. She apparently did some initial paperwork. Nothing was ever filed. She stopped answering calls and texts. Finally, she responded when we asked for a refund when nothing had been done in five months.... She said she was sending a check. Two months and another promise of a check and a tracking number later, we still have received no services and no checks. We’ve been to the office twice and have been unable to see her. She does not answer calls or texts.
