Mark Ivey Burton

As an attorney, Mark has dedicated his practice to representing individuals.  Mark has extensive civil litigation experience in both State and Federal Court. In the last 16 years Mark has handled cases in states across the nation as far as California. Having extensive multi-jurisdictional experience gives Mark a unique perspective on cutting edge legal theories, strategies and precedents. He has represented thousands of Mississippians and has limited his practice to consumer bankruptcy law for the last several years. Mark is one of a very limited number of attorneys in the Jackson, MS, area who practices consumer bankruptcy law. Mark is a lifetime member of the Mississippi Association for Justice and is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Mark is also licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia.
