Kevin talked good game but did not deliver! When I met him my completed case research and paperwork was presented to him in a box! All he had to do was represent and follow through. To date he has yet to return my requested files! He was paid and did not complete my case in fact he disappeard! ... I was vunerable and he took advantage. He is very deceptive. Kevin's entire demeanor changed as if he wasn't on my side anymore. He had an excuse for everything! Kevin's abandonment caused me much fear, agony, stress and more money! He knew I was an unsafe situation with the opposing side and didn't do ANYTHING! Kevin promised if I had any problems or threats to contact him immediately. Kevin went MIA he didn't respond to any form of communication. I'm still very devastated that he'd just take money from a client, not show up for court, not protect his client and then not even have the decency to face me! I never got an apology, explanation, my personal files nor my money back. But my detailed evidence and my retainer refund request will be sent to the necessary organizations. I'm sure he thought I'd forgotten or wasn't going to do anything. He needs to be disbarred! I hope this review helps to not cause anyone else that type of trauma.

He was hired and paid to file lawsuit involving a fraudulent sale of a vehicle. He would not return emails, calls or text. He would only after he knew we were upset. He even went so far as to say we won by default. After 2 months of asking for paperwork so we could collect, since he was not doing hi...s job again, we called the courthouse where he said lawsuit took place and they have NO record of anything ever being filed. We have contacted the bar association and another attorney. For 6 months he has avoided us and lied about our case. Do not trust him to handle your affairs!!!!

The amount of professionalism and action from this attorney is unmeasurable. I have never seen someone in any profession jump in with both feet to try and solve a problem. Unfortunately, I’ve needed Kevin’s services several times and with me seeing no positive end to any of my situations he jumped in... took control and produced positive and favorable results each and every time. I would definitely recommend Kevin White and would give 100 stars if I could.
