Philip W. Gaines is a top notch litigator, mediator, and legal case analyst with three decades of experience. He has tried over 200 trials, handling cases litigated in all of the State and Federal Trial and Appellate Courts with jurisdiction in Mississippi.
Philip has extensive experience and success with the resolution of hundreds of cases as a Mediator. He served as the Chair of the Miss. Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and helped develop both the Mississippi Appellate Mediation procedures and an ABA model criminal case mediation program. Philip also serves as an Arbitrator, with particular emphasis on Nursing Home, Insurance Claim, Employment, Commercial, and Construction cases.
