Yancy has served as lead counsel in approximately forty (40) state court jury trials, fifteen (15) bench trials, and more than two hundred (200) Mississippi Workers' Compensation hearings. Yancy was selected as a 2013 and 2014 Mid-South Super Lawyer and is Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated attorney. Yancy also received a Preeminent client review rating by Martindale Hubbell in 2013. He was a member of the Bench-Bar Committee, Mississippi Bar Association (2006-2008), and the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Educational Committee (2007-2008). He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate, a certified member of the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBOTA), and Board Certified member of the Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy section of the NBOTA.
