If you're looking for a big fancy office and really high fees, I'm probably not your guy. I'm an old school attorney, who still believes my job is serve the public and provide high quality representation with that personal touch.

I truly enjoy helping people and solving their tax, debt and criminal law problems, and treat each client as my most important client. I have been practicing law for over 20 years, an experienced Litigator, and Tax and Bankruptcy Attorney and licensed in Mississippi and Louisiana. I graduated from Mississippi College School of Law with a concentration in taxation. I am also a former U.S. Justice Advisor.

When not at the office, my friends, and a lot of my old clients, who have become my friends, just know me as Richard. The neighbor or friend who hunts, fishes, ride horses, works on cars and does honeydos around the house. This means I am able to combine common sense real world ideas and complex legal theories to help solve your tax, debt and criminal law problems. So whatever your problem is I have the knowledge and legal expertise to help you.
