Biography
Philip M. Anthony received his Bachelor of Accountancy from Mississippi State University and then went on to earn his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Mississippi College School of Law and his Master's in Tax Law (LL.M.) from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. Philip was an active member of the Moot Court Board, serving as Trial Advocacy Chairman while in law school.
Philip is currently the Managing Member of Jeffords Anthony and practices at their office located in Ridgeland, MS. Philip, his wife Taylor, and their son Sanders are members of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Jackson, MS where is is currently serving on the Board of Deacons. Philip is also on the Board of Directors for local non-profit organizations and is active in the community. Philip serves on the Board of Directors for the Stuapalooza Memorial Golf Tournament, which raises funds for suicide prevention and scholarships for Madison County students in honor of Stuart Smith
