Pamela L. Hancock

Pamela received her J.D, cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law in 1997.  Pamela formed Hancock Law Firm, PLLC, in 2001.  She practices primarily in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate & Business Planning, Corporate Law, Family Law and Civil Litigation.   She also acts as a mediator in these and other types of cases.  She acts as General Counsel for many local businesses.  Pamela was elected and is currently serving a 4 year term as Madison County Prosecuting Attorney.

Pamela’s business philosophy is to place her clients' needs foremost, as she endeavors to provide top quality legal services.  She considers her relationship with her clients to be one that will endure and is Building Relationships that Last a Lifetime.  Accordingly, her goal is to take care of the clients' needs as expeditiously as possible, while keeping mind their specific goals.  Confidentiality, professionalism, personalized service, attention to detail and creative solutions are just a few of the reasons that clients and colleagues refer their friends and family for legal services.

Pamela  is active in the community, volunteers with the American Cancer Society, is Treasurer, Past President and Past Gala Chair of The Cancer League, and received a  Top Ten of the American Cancer Society’s Nationwide Professional Advisor of the Year Award.  She has lived in Madison County since 1997.  She acted as Assistant City Prosecutor for Madison from 2003-2009 and Hinds County Drug Court Prosecutor from 2010-2011.  She is a  member of the Greater Jackson Chamber Partnership, Ridgeland Chamber of Commerce, Madison County Chamber of Commerce and the Madison County Business League.  She graduated the 2015 Leadership Madison County Class and is a charter member of the Capitol Area Sunset Rotary Club.  She was recently named Top Ten Leaders in Law and Top Ten Businesswomen by the Mississippi Business Journal.  Pamela was also in Portico Magazine’s Class of 2017.
