I hired Keith Obert to terminate a lease agreement that I felt was in default. He and his staff represented my interest in this matter in a way that was above and beyond my expectations for an attorney. Not only did he execute a Mutual Settlement but also suggested, and was granted, a General Rrel...ease Agreement in order to ensure the matter was closed permanently.
