Clark Monroe

Clark Monroe has been a trial lawyer for over 25 years. He is a native Mississippian. His firm is a focused litigation firm that has extensive experience in complex injury cases, and Clark will strive to provide you premier service to insure you receive the results you are entitled to. He handles personal injury claims including wrongful death, brain injury, catastrophic injuries resulting in paralysis, car accidents, injury on premises, motorcycle accidents, and pedestrian or bicycle accidents. In addition to injury litigation he has experience in property disputes, business formation and extensive experience in transportation regulations and business operations. Clark Monroe is admitted to practice before all state courts in Mississippi, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.  He has been admitted pro hac vice in New York and Maryland federal courts.

Mr. Monroe received a Bachelor of Accountancy, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi in 1990, and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1994. Mr. Monroe retired from the Mississippi Army National Guard at the rank of Major.

He lives in Jackson, Mississippi and has two adult children.
