Andrew David Segrest

I regret to share my experience with Andy Segrest, Esq. of RANDALL | SEGREST PLLC. After two decades of buying and selling multi-million dollar residential and commercial properties, my experience with Mr. Segrest has been the most disappointing by far. Despite my extensive background in real esta...te and business, Mr. Segrest displayed a level of unprofessionalism that was unacceptable. Not only did I encounter multiple communication issues, but I am also concerned about the handling of my earnest money, which remains with him after almost 15 months. As a result of this experience, I have filed a Bar Complaint against him, and now I will pursue maximum sanctions through the Mississippi State Bar, as well as explore all legal actions in Court. To the general public, I urge caution when considering legal services from Andy Segrest. My experience serves as a warning to others.
