Excellent attorney, to say the least! Matt is very upfront, honest, quick minded and two steps ahead. To say that he is "aggressive" and "fights to win" would be a huge understatement, in my personal opinion. I chose him over other highly respected attorneys, and I am so happy I did. Not only did he win our case in a time frame almost unheard of, he fought for justice and turned broken into whole. I have yet to see attorneys on tv fight a case like Matt Baldridge in a courtroom; he is definitely someone you want on YOUR side! He answered all of my questions, texts, and calls in an extremely timely manner, and reassured me at THE most difficult time of my life. I cannot say enough good about him!
Matthew Baldridge was extremely efficient, professional, and ethical throughout this entire process. It was a mentally and emotionally straining ordeal for me, and he was there to listen to me as if I were his only client. He never once made me feel like a burden or like my situation was not real or important.
He was honest about situations and what the odds are. He always had my best interest. He's not afraid of a challenge, but he will never jump in without having facts calculated and making sure everything is in order.
It was definitely a stressful case for him, as well, and my gratitude for him being my voice will never be able to be put into words. All I can say is I highly recommend him. Along this journey I found a quote, "Pride is focuses on WHO is right, humility focuses on WHAT is right." Matthew is truly one of the most humble souls I've come across in life, which was refreshing. He kept a calm demeanor throughout, even when buttons were pushed. He will represent you well and leave your faith restored in the justice system and in humanity.
With the experience of having tried more than twenty jury trials to verdict, Matt isn't afraid to go to trial if needed. And, given his courtroom success, when he negotiates with prosecutors, he is taken seriously.

Great attorney
Matt was hired towards the end of a custody battle I had been fighting for almost a year. With the amount of time and amount of information he had during our proceeding, I was impressed. What I liked most, is that he was very honest about my chances due to the GAL's recommendation, regardless of how one sided it was. He listened to me and voiced his concerns as opposed to just listening and saying we will win. He was honest, and he is a good man outside of a court room, which in my opinion always says a lot about how an attorney practices and handles himself in a courtroom. Overall I have been very pleased with his representation. I think we could have prepared a bit more, however, it was hard to explain the depth of my case in one sitting. We were given a strict amount of time to work with, and I was very pleased.

Highly recommend
Although my case has not been to court, nor settled yet, I am pleased with the way Matt has handled it this far. He is quick to reply to an email and keep me updated with developments. He also puts my mind at ease when things begin to become stressful.

Very Highly Recommended
I used Matt in my custody case against my Child's Mother. Matt acted quickly and had a Court hearing on the third business day after our meeting and re-united me with my daughter.

"I have known Matt for nearly four years now, seeing him mostly in various courtrooms in Hinds, Madison, and Rankin Counties. It is easy for me to endorse Matt and his abilities as a trial lawyer. Like Matt, I sometimes seem to spend the majority of my waking hours in a courtroom somewhere! That is where the best trial lawyers are born and bred - in the courtroom. He has offered his assistance to me in the past, and I have offered mine to him, regarding criminal law and procedure issues. It is easy to see that Matt is dedicated and disciplined, and much like me, I think he sees the practice of law as not just "a job," or not necessarily just "work." Rather, we view what we do as "a way of life" in a profession that has a foundation focused on helping others in a complex and very demanding system known as the court system. Based on all that I know about Matt and his abilities, I wholeheartedly endorse him. Lance Mixon"
