Daniel is a graduate of the Mississippi College School of Law. His practice areas include bankruptcy, estate planning, tax and criminal defense. Daniel began his career practicing tax law and bankruptcy in Jackson, Mississippi. Since that time, he has joined an established estate planning firm, McCall Stern, PLLC. Using his skills and knowledge of the bankruptcy code and tax code he assists clients who are either in financial despair, need a fresh start, or are planning for the future.
Daniel is also a graduate of Mississippi State University where he received his degree in Finance. His background in Finance is a tremendous asset when it comes to protecting debtor's rights and retirement and assisting clients created a well rounded estate plan in order to protect those assets.
