I hired Carl to assist in responding to an audit from the Department of Health and Human Services which denied our claim for Tenncare reimbursement. He quickly identified the cause for their concerns and assisted us in addressing them. He also assisted us in preparing a response and putting into pl...ace a corrective action plan to ensure we had the controls necessary to comply with the regulations. The amount of money that they were denying was significant but because we were able to provided documentation to satisfy their concerns, we were eventually reimbursed. Their final report stated that they were impressed with our response and the controls (policies, procedures, etc.) that we put into place. Since we are a small non-profit agency, he was very reasonable with regard to his fees.
