No sense of urgency !
I would not advise anyone to use this firm when attempting to obtain a land title search! My husband and I used them and it was nearly took an act of congress to get it completed. Gratz & Gratz revived out paper work on November 10,2015 and as of December 7,2015 we still do not have our title search....
