Mary Lynn Damare

Attorney Mary Lynn Damaré has practiced law for over 30 years and has lived and practiced law in DeSoto County, Mississippi for 17 years. She was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1987 and the Tennessee Bar in 2009. Her legal experience includes family, criminal, personal injury, and civil law cases in the local  city, county, chancery, and circuit courts in Mississippi and Tennessee.  Her broad based experience includes active duty service in the United States Air Force with the Judge Advocate General's Corps. She then served as a reserve Air Force JAG officer, retiring in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in 2014. Mary Lynn also appears on behalf of her clients at Social Security Disability hearings, and has helped many to obtain benefits.         Mary Lynn is interested in finding solutions, but also is a strong litigator when a case requires a judge and jury.  A graduate of the University of Mississippi Law School and Delta State University, she is a Mississippi native who understands that when a legal issue arises, you need a trusted professional. Mary Lynn believes it is important to listen to her clients and to remain available to them throughout their case. Her sound knowledge of the legal system on local, state, and national levels has helped her clients get the results they are seeking, through negotiation and mediation, and in the courtroom.
