The law in Mississippi has changed greatly involving Guardianships. A few years ago, the legislature enacted the GAP (Guard and Protect) Act. Guardianship is over a person, who is a minor or cannot care for themselves.

Power of attorneys are for designating someone to act as you and on your behalf once you are no longer able to do so on your own.

An uncontested divorce is when the two parties can agree to everything which a divorce involves, including child custody, child support, grounds for divorce, alimony (or lack thereof), and the division of all real and personal property.

Wills can be as simple or as complicated as a client wants to make it. They cover planning for how you wish your assets be distributed after your death. Living Wills are less complicated, but designate who you wish to make health care decisions.

The only areas of trust law I practice are testamentary trusts and gun trusts, or FFL trusts.

I aid small businesses in the formation of their business and handle filings with the Mississippi Secretary of State.

Certain felonies and misdemeanors can be expunged or removed from a person's record.
