Eviction

Hired Reed to evict tenant. He was quick to respond, knew the process well and executed his job perfectly.

Reed Martz has been my attorney since 2015

Reed Martz has represented me twice in the past two years. He has gone the distance to protect my business against a groundless law suit as well as he has proven to be a strong advocate of my personal well being in a consumer arbitration case. Reed has never failed to ask my for my input and has ...always returned my calls and emails in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. I could never have navigated the choppy waters of my past legal issues without his reliable expertise.

Posted by Rick | March 03, 2017 | Hired Attorney | Gun Law

A GUN OWNER'S LAWYER

Reed Martz has exemplified himself with top-of-the-line firearms training and excelled in each course. His knowledge and expertise in the law including the Second Amendment is second to none. He has represented me not once but three times and prevailed in all three cases holding city and county offic...ials accountable for our gun rights. I have 34 years in law enforcement, worked several years for the Attorney General around scores of lawyers every day. I never worked with one as knowledgeable of gun rights. He is not one of those lawyers who gets your signature on a contract and has his secretary run interference for him when you call. He always answers my calls on the first ring and frequently corresponds with me even when he is not representing me. He publishes materials advantageous to people who carry firearms and provides them free of charge. He is prompt, professional, reasonable and gets results.

Posted by Doogie | December 20, 2015 | Hired Attorney | Corporate & Incorporation

Excellent & Very Prompt

Mr. Martz helped me incorporate a business and composed a release of liability for my business at a very reasonable price in a matter of days. His support staff & paralegals were also very helpful.

Adoption and civil case defense

Reed Martz was invaluable in leading us through our adoption case. His knowledge of the law was clearly evident, and he and his staff went out of their way to keep us informed not only of our options before taking any particular action but any responses after the actions were taken. Reed is courte...ous and honest and, from first consultation to completion of our adoption, he was careful of our budget and our priorities. I had every confidence that Reed would be as professional and proficient as he was because I had previously chosen him to defend me in a lawsuit in which the plaintiff had no basis but also nothing to lose. Reed offered both expert legal counsel and sharp insight into human nature, using both to achieve a just conclusion. I would not hesitate to recommend Reed Martz as an attorney.
