james Justice is lacking as an attorney. I am not saying I have been the perfect client by any means. however, he is never prepared for a case before a meeting or before court. I was scheduled originally to speak with him over the telephone regarding my case and some concerns I had, the appointment w...as rescheduled last minute (I was told due to him being in court but I have been told that a number of times that now it is just too convenient). the rescheduled appointment was made to be in person, I arrived 30 mins early and planned on waiting that 30 minutes but ended up waiting 45 mins after my initial appointment time. by the time I got into the meeting with him, he just seemed really rushed to be done, he took three phone calls not pertaining to my case while I was sitting there with him, not to mention multiple interruptions by staff and he wasn’t even familiar with what I needed to speak with him about when I retained him at the beginning of 2023 if not before that. I have been with him in court and he did not even not once try to get me anything I was wanting and never has taken me serious about my children being abused or neglected. i have heard him on multiple occasions talk very rude, vulgar, and inappropriate to staff, not that they seem very welcoming at all to new or old clients but still the lack of professionalism, attentiveness, realism, etc is mind blowing. I DONNOT RECOMMEND wasting your money on him as an attorney.
